Mammootty is an Indian film actor who mainly concentrates on Malayalam film industry. His original name was Muhammed Kutty Ismail Panaparambil. His career spans over three decades. He is a successful actor with more than films. He appeared in dual roles in nine Malayalam films.

He married Sulfath in the year and has one daughter Surumi and one son Dulquar Salman.

 

His debut film was Anubhavangal Paalichakal in which was directed by K. S. Sethumadhavan. He was a student at that time.
